A factual complaint was written about Justin Winter's name change.
Right after that complaint was rejected, ID: 33656 got a permanent ban for "massive trolling/insulting"
It would be very nice to see these massive trolls that brought a permanent ban, when even things like cheating only give a 60 day ban or admin insult only 7 days.
