I want to become the Leader of Bloods because I am passionate about leading this organization and proving myself to both the community and the administration. My main goal is to make Bloods one of the strongest and most active gangs in the city by participating in every gang-related activity such as Ghetto events, Store Robberies, Gun Store Robberies, FZ, Submarine events, Turf battles, and other criminal operations. I want Bloods to dominate the streets and build a reputation that every gang and every law enforcement agency recognizes and respects.2.2
I have gained valuable experience throughout my RP career in different criminal organizations. I am currently serving as the Deputy of Vagos, where I have learned leadership, teamwork, organization, and conflict management. Before that, I served as a Vice President in a family and also successfully managed my own family. These experiences have prepared me to handle the responsibilities of leading Bloods, and I believe I have the skills needed to run a successful and disciplined organization.2.3
My objective is to make Bloods the best gang in the city by maintaining high activity, winning gang events, organizing quality roleplay, completing robberies, participating in NG Raids, and controlling the streets. I will ensure that every member is treated fairly without favoritism or bias. Every player will receive equal opportunities based on their effort, loyalty, and respect for the server rules. I also have many experienced friends who have previously held leadership positions, and I am confident they will support my term by bringing experienced members and helping Bloods achieve long-term success.3. Favoritism, toxicity, rank chasing, and gang hopping will not be tolerated. Members involved in these behaviors will face appropriate punishment or blacklist if necessary. I will regularly review logs and monitor High Command actions to ensure fairness and discipline.3.4
