i was in a event and a guy was reviving someone while keeping gun in hand so i reported it http://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/14017/ and my report got rejected so i saw one more report of the same situation which got accepted and the time was also not 1 min https://www.gta5grand.com/forum/threads/10385/#post-36942 and if this is not a power gaming and if you are rejecting it then i already made a fail rp report for the same situation which got rejected as its not a fail rp http://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/13893/

In 1 case it's RP situation where fail RP exist
and the other case is EVENT which is OOC and there is no RP in OOC
