Dear EN01 Team,
I would like to sincerely apologize for what I wrote on the Discord server and ask for a second chance.
I play on DE01 and have already opened a support ticket regarding my ban. In the ticket, I was told to submit an unban appeal here, so I am doing so now.
I deeply regret my message. It was written without thinking, and it did not reflect what I actually meant. I understand that my behavior was inappropriate, and I completely understand why I was banned.
I take full responsibility for my actions and have learned from this mistake. I can assure you that something like this will not happen again. If I am given another chance, I will follow the server rules and behave respectfully toward everyone.
I kindly ask you to reconsider my ban and give me the opportunity to prove that I have learned from this situation.
