Just collecting fossils then this dude at (0:08) keeps on ramming at me and my vehicle. I shot at him at (1:26) and it did not make him stop.

ID 537232 will receive a punishment for UB Drive & Mass CR
ID 556915 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15, you are not allowed to shoot him randomly with out demands. Does not matter either he break rules or no, demands must be issued.
