I'll get straight to the point: the ban is very unfair. The player is making provocative gestures in the video, and he even tried to insult me in Turkish in the video. The ban is unjust.

One warning will be removed and the ban will be lifted. The Administrator will compensate you for your time.
The other warning stays as correct. Theres no Rulebreak for Rulebreak on our Server. If someone insults you OOCly you should file a complaint NOT make self-justice.
