A) Experience
I have served as a High Command member in almost every legal organization and have also gained experience in illegal organizations through roleplay. This has helped me develop strong leadership skills, understand both sides of the city, and learn how to manage people effectively.
B) Responsibility
I am a responsible, disciplined, and reliable person. I stay calm under pressure, treat everyone with respect, and always take responsibility for my actions and decisions.
C) My Aim
I believe SAHP plays an important role in keeping the state's roads and highways safe. My goal is to build a professional, active, and well-organized department that provides high-quality roleplay and serves the citizens with dedication.
3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization
A) Better Teamwork
I will improve communication within SAHP and with other legal organizations. Officers will be encouraged to work together, share information, and respond quickly. This will help create better teamwork and roleplay.
B) Training
I will organize regular training sessions to improve roleplay, driving, communication, shooting, and knowledge of server rules. New officers will receive proper guidance from experienced members to help them improve.
C) Fair Leadership
I will listen to suggestions from every officer, reward hardworking members, and handle issues fairly. My goal is to keep SAHP active, professional, and enjoyable while maintaining a friendly and disciplined environment.
