First of all, I would like to state that I understand this type of punishment is normally not revoked. However, I believe this case is different.

Due to a forum ban that I received unfairly, my term was disbanded, and as a result, I was given a 3-day suspension under LR 1.1. However, as you can see, it was later determined that my forum ban had been issued incorrectly, and the ban on my forum account was removed.

Since the forum ban—the basis for my LR 1.1 punishment—has been acknowledged as a mistake and revoked, I respectfully request that my 3-day suspension under LR 1.1 also be reconsidered and removed.

Ban has been lifted and just a heads up as a removal of a forum punishment or any punishment does not instantly mean it was incorrect as it could mean you have been given a chance!
