Hello dear admin,
The ID 34450 was stealing that car and we blocked the engine. We left our car and started to shoot to kill him. We need to secure the stolen car! Then we got him down but he left the RP.

I know the game rules better than you do my friend was kicked from the game something beyond his control and he is prepared to face whatever penalty applies. However, you shot at him while your weapon was glitched and held at an awkward angle. Furthermore, you were communicating outside the game via Discord or another program this violates RP rules, and I ask that this be taken into consideration.
