Hello, dear admin team

I got banned last night because of the word "masallah" I wrote in Prime Chat, and this word definitely doesn't have a bad meaning; it's just used to ward off the evil eye.

i don't know that such words are forbidden on the en02 server, because these words are not forbidden on en01, and I realized that I didn't review the rules for en02 again and made a big mistake, and I'm sorry, I don't have any big ban history before, I regret doing it, will you open my ban ?
