Not only did Mr erfan didnt punish the others, he punished 41041 only for provoking. Repeatedly hitting an unconsious person , kicking him/her, standing on top should classify under - " It is restricted to do any amoral actions in relation to an unconscious person " ie gr 6.8
If im wrong ill accept the judgement. But i would appreciate you looking into it. Cus it wasnt just one that did the above.
