Dear Mazhor Pluxury,
Hello I'm Richard Gravitas, ID: 133949. I have recently been banned for general rule 4.1 for 7 days now. I would like to apologize for my actions as I honestly had no idea this redux I used was illegal. As I mentioned before, I love the experience that this city/server gives me, but my computer setup was ruining it for me. This is why I changed it. This was due to the fact that it was slow and I crashed most of the times on doing events. I honestly thought that this redux presented to me would help with that fps or crashing problems. I couldn't even think about it being illegal and did not know. I have been posting videos for some time now and had no idea that you can't have color on death screen as I didn't see anything in the rules for this. I was unaware and for this, I hope you take this into consideration.
I took time to remove the redux from my system and my game files. I did this last week, but did it again. The proof is in the YouTube link.
The video shows me being proactive in this and serious about the issues.
I am a little over 3 months in this game and I still consider myself and learning something new everyday. There's a famous saying that you learn from your mistakes and I have definitely learned from them. This will NEVER happen again.
I have served 7 days already and I'm asking for one more chance and to have my 60 day ban removed or to be reduced. I love this server and I apologize once again for my actions as I had no intentions to abuse the game in any way with a different death screen.
I am very sorry for what I did. I will not be using a redux moving forward due to the nature of this.
