Dear Mazhor,
I got banned banned from ticket bot short time ago. I don't have any bot programs on my computer I just had a macro that I used from logitech's application. First of all, I realize that this is a very big mistake. I've even deleted the logitech application on my computer right now because I don't want to make such a mistake again I just want to play grand rp and have fun, so i'm want from you to wipe my account and remowe my banned i love you so much grand family
