Rejected Stalling & Meta-Gaming | Kakashi Kirigaya

I was dropping my thing & complying the demands, I never stalled and I got punishment for Stalling.
He punished me for MetaGaming and we literally were fighting with bloods in ghetto before that and he never asked for POV from the owner of the thread to check.
It's obviously his friend because he reviewed the forum really quick and issued the punishment within 5 minutes.
If i'm wrong, stalling is actually "Fail-RP", I never stalled I put my hands up and I start dropping my guns it's not my problem that when I press "I" the texture take a bit time to upload.

I don't have POV in my side because an Admin was already watching the situation, you can see i'm dropping my items if I didn't drop anything and I got killed then he can punish me for Fear-RP or "Stalling". I literally was dropping everything he says and everytime he say put your hands up I do it immediatly re-watch the POV.
The admin should request POV in the forum complain to confirm about the MetaGaming and i'm sure you know that.
I don't know what you mean by "Ah so you were lagging, i see", but there is nothing to lie about its only a demorgan i'm not complaining about 120 minutes in jail but i'm complaining about the wrong decision from the admin.
