Bozo is a bad word. I told them that they cannot be used. Who do they think they are gods?? This is wrong. Why did you ban me? Is this normal behavior? Do they know how to behave? Can't you ask a question? Especially when they use a bad word. I request a record.
I apologized and did not bother to explain them any longer. I want to remove the ban.

But I think this ban is wrong.
