Rejected Rule 1.3 | Unknown ID's

There was a family that had entered the event prior to it starting, as you can see in the clip they were on the roof and then jumped down and went somewhere else in the circle. I could not get their ID's because i did not want to break rule 1.3 by entering the event before it starts. By the way i put the ID as 0000 because the ID's were unknown.
