General Rule 6.15: When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

Car Ramming - Using a vehicle to crash into people or vehicles.

State Rule 5.2: LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason.
(After we arrived at DOC he gave the reason "reckless driving" but this was first of all since the road was blocked and i got shot at for no reason. Imagine being this desperate you need to come up with an excuse for my passport once you already took me to DOC and after giving 27 other reasons to ask for my passport)

They never showed me their ID when i asked them, this made it so i couldn't go to gov and solve this IC'ly

Still, you can't just pull up and spray me down? Do you guys open fire on everyone who turns around at a landslide too? Go Go FIB!!! There was no way for me to drive through the gunfight so it was my only option. When i asked shabbah the reason to identify he gave so many different reason just to get away with it. Only at DOC yall started saying it was for reckless driving, still no valid reason to open fire though
