As you can see in my POV, ID 45211 is asked to pull over and proceeds to drive away and then CR our vehicle. He then goes to the front of LSPD building and Mass VDMs. He runs over multiple LSPD officers and proceeds to drive away and not pull over once again as me and my fellow officer request him or her to do. We then chase his vehicle to the fire station area and he proceeds to continue driving and jump a hill to get away. As you can see, he breaks multiple rules as shown in my POV.
