Ive seen whats going on with other people aswell, fully uderstandable but any amount of items found could've been gathered by a lot of ways. I'd ask the admin logs, and a deeper look into the situation. Not a screenshot of a possible car trunk that was bought in bulk, but the actual admin log of it being taken and how is it being dealt with.
Have seen a lot of people who follow the rules, spend time, give effort, donations to help the community and actually make the base of Grand RP get banned over items in which we can just buy, which are virutal having no way to become real money and arent worth being banned for ever, items which you can die with if you are in a legal org, rob from people and all possible things.
In time let's put in a scenario in which the person may was caught for actually doing it:
The time and effort put into the community as well as the punishment background of the person as well as whichever good he has done for the commuinity should be taken in consideration when you are dealing with permanently banning someone for such a minor stuff.
There always can be a way to solve things, even in real life if someone did something like that, rather be dealing with ICly but even if OOCly there should be a time. Being banned permanently for having exotic in game items is outrangeous. When people dont get banned permanetly for other worse things and many people who have done worse were unbanned. Those cases have nothing to do with me in person and I apologize for using such example but.
If having those items is somehow forbidden and people with it could be banned for 6.3 many people wouldnt have those, like me. Since like I said, those arent worth nothing because money can be made, but gettin banned for ever is not what a player like me looks for. Ask the community jury about my nature maybe. my qualites and work put in the community in over 12 months and you will see I would never have these if I were actually stealing.
Final word is, please, review it and let me know what can be done, Im willing if needed to take a plea deal. Im 28 years old, know age dont mean nothing but stating that im mature enough to understand the charges being put on me but also mature enough to understand there can be a better outcome since if not this single minor item stuff I never had a single problem with ban and warnings if not once since the server launch.
Mazhor, take my words in considaration and like I said, please, lets work it out, I would never try to steal from the community without having anything adding up in my real life for it. It just makes no sense, Grand is our chilling place and I've always built in the community.
