hi i got banned for general rule 3.1 and i think its not fair since i was talking IC and i cant understand why the admin decide that was insults and occ insults , i do not insulted him, and you cant hear him talking on his pov but he start talking shit to me thats why i start talking shit too nothing of that was occ and if the admin real think it was he should ask for the another person pov with audio since he was talking shit too and im the only one punished for it Screenshot https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/14253/#post-51704

in the pov provided u talked about the other guy's sister and if u didn't say that OOC tell me then what is considered as OOC
and for the part that he was talking shit to u. so for that u can provide the pov here.
and the most important part if he talked shit with u first (if he broke any rule) u report him as this doesn't gives u a right to break a rule.
rest i will wait for the higher admin's decision
