Had a bust setup on this guy and I placed him in cuffs after confirming the Illegal items, after which he gets into a vehicle with cuffs on so we remove him from the vehicle by shooting the window and tazing him out, after he is tazed out of the vehicle I searched him and confiscated the illegal items, and then shortly after he combat logs which prevented me from searching his Tundra which he most likely had lots of Illegal contraband in.

you can see the guy was bugged and it might be the chance of getting his game crashed as the same happened to you after few seconds you can clearly see he was lagging as one cant get inside a vehicle after getting cuffed.

ID 10236 will not be punished as he was in cuffs when he crashed/combat logged so he was automatically punished for exit under arrest.
