Was in the City going to my family house when this, We the Opps, family started VDM, RDM, UB road block, and CR. No RP or anything. And i don't think they're even unofficial so they shouldn't be robbing in the first place.

I also just want to add, there were personal cars there which isn’t allowed. They only knew it was me because of my ID and because they knew where my house was. Otherwise there’s no way because there’s so many cars that look like mine (The Lexus LC-500).
