context : bloods came to city to take a hostage as u see in the first in the clip i was 10-7 unitil i came see 1 of the bloods member pulled a gun at my officer that was giving a fine . i told to stop he didnt . he called all bloods members to come so they can take us as a hostage bu they can t its city its not allowed .
and started shooting with no demands in the city .

How did you know that it was bloods? Also you cant start shooting at 1 guy apart of a gang and not expect him to call for backup. We cant even take hostages in the city. We can chase you and fight you. Dont make a admin ticket that we are shooting for no reason when you are the one that started to shoot

Firstly, i cant see in your pov, they taking hostage in city. Secondly how do you know he was using sniper at hostage situation. Thirdly why you making admin ticket and saying bloods shooting in city for no reason, you started the shooting in first place. Last thing they dont have to pull over.​
