Dear Mazhor,
I was recently banned for not having POV at the mall event. I was completely positive that I was recording, and I was, however my POV was corrupted and I could do nothing to get it back. My PC is not the best, and these things happen sometimes when Geforce shadowplay lags or doesnt record properly. I have done no rule breaks at all, the only reason I was banned was my missing POV which I had no control over since I thought it all recorded properly. I was banned 8 days ago, and now have 22 days left on my ban. I would appreciate if you could understand this one time, and in the future I will make sure these things dont happen again although like I said it is out of my control.
