As you can see in the video i stole this bike that i found on the street so this guy in the car comes from behind ask if he can hit me with his car i say no dont VDM me and later in the video he VDM me so hes friend takes the bike
its unfair look at the evidence and you judge
i hope you punish him for doing this if you need more POV i will give

• ID6654 and ID 65514 had hit each other with their vehicles intentionally​
• VDM in when a person is continuously hitting a person with his/her vehicle or hits intentionally like in this case​
• I am giving u both a last verbal warning and if this kind of thing happened again both of u will be punished.​
