I opened a complaint in the forum due to a problem I had yesterday, but because of the video program (OBS) I used to show the error, it is very sad and annoying that I got banned for 30 days even though I did not take the video recording in-game. I took a video recording from obs to tell you about the problem I had outside of the game. Because I was out of town and I was playing on my brother's computer, I couldn't open a record on geforce and I had to open obs because that's the fastest way I could get it. That's why I wanted to open a record because there is an obs on the computer. During the daytime, I explained my problem for a long time by opening a new complaint, but I still did not get a response. The forum I opened by saying just read the rules was closed, even though I've been waiting for 12 hours. I put the video I was banned in the proof section. I know the rules it clearly says in the rules that I cannot record with other recording programs, as you can see in the video, I do not record on the server, but I am banned because I use obs on my computer, is this reasonable? I am a twitch streamer, I open my streams through obs and I think your rule is not clearly explained that you do not allow me to have obs on my computer. Most people who use nvidia will also confirm that nvidia gives an error while recording screen and the only recording program I can use in this case is obs (you know I'm not into the game). Your rules are not clear, I don't use obs on the server, but is it even forbidden to use it on my computer? I'm asking you to help me in this situation.
