2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1. I have been working in the organization (only LSPD) for not much time, but I have experience of how to deal with cases related to department.
2. I have been a high command for more than only for more two years, and I had always been a nice high command to all and moreover, nice officer to all the officers above and below my rank.
3. I don't like to lose any officer's job for silly mistakes, which can be solved by just giving a warning 1 time.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. All officers must be given chances to process 10-15, form rookie to higher. No one is expert in all, everyone needs to be.
2. Patrol cars must be made customized for modified other cars, not like that of normal cars.
3. Experts should be training the new offers, not all are experience training. And it can be much affected by the newbies.
4. For situations like robberies, officers with a great IQ must negotiate as there will be a great chance for the hostage to be released with no harm.
5. For officers, they must be given some time break to get be fresh minded. This can be resulting in much improved activity by the officers.
