Greetings Mazhor,
Before my ban for .txt file I told the chief admin that I will change social club and epic account, he told me that I can play on new accounts. After my ban for the .txt file, I got a ban for 1.4 for which I wrote an appeal and the chief admin removed my ban for 1.4 and left the ban for the .txt file, yesterday I tried to log-in on my twink but it said that I still have a ban for 1.4, I don't understand the point of that ban if I reported everything on time and it was approved, so I didn't violate anything.
