Rejected VDM with a plane at LISA hangar while doing Air Cargo

This specific player has rammed into me twice in the LISA hangar while doing air cargo. Not even trying to RP flying really as they do this AT FULL SPEED. TWICE This time my plane did not explode.

PLEASE do something about this guy specifically and maybe about aviation in grand RP. Either we need to be ghosted at all times in the hangars OR we need to have some sort of consequences for being at fault in too many fatal incidents in a given time period. Perhaps loss of pilots license for some time.
