Your Friend should have been cuffed way before the other guy glitched through rooms
Not my friends dont even know the guy and the guy i was moving was handcuffed the only reason the other guy wasnt handcuff was because the guy was glitching and then when i had him ready to take to solitary he would leave so i gave up with him he didnt wanna rp so i ignored him but you wouldnt know this as you was there for about 10 seconds
I Literally Walked into you showing your prisoner friend around while he was being UN-HANDCUFFED (Something that Is Not to Be allowed at all when transporting prisoners outside their cells) and also he clearly knew you because when I moved him into his cell He said that you "Sam" were his friend which is something that he shouldn't had known if he wasn't in any way affiliated with you

Rules are Rules. You can't let prisoners roam on DOC because you're Nice For the same reason I can't let them outside DOC for a bit so they can get fresh air.

The MISTAKE happened when You let your friend-family member or whatever he was, without cuffs on DOC, Thats It that's all It's wrong just like walking someone out of prison because noone can see. Sure letting them out is Heavier Corruption but giving your friend more freedom in the DOC is still a corrupt thing to do.
