According to the pov given buy my friend at video time 1:10 ( IC time 12:56 ) he shot ems chopper when ems was at the location for patching my fam friend who was unconscious.

I thought you needed some english lectures, but you proved that either you are a child or dumb. That's not tracer that's sky pack which is allowed by server.
