La Cosa Nostra originated in the early 1860's in Sicily, Italy.
Here in the homeland, the La Cosa Nostra quickly gained an infamous status of strength, politics, and power.
In the year 1925, the former leader and his best people came to the United States with the immigrant stream.
They chose Liberty City as their home base but they certainly managed to spread their power all over the country.
From Los Santos to Vice city, La Cosa Nostra was always talked about when it came to violent practices that the police could never get a grip on.
In 1940, La Cosa Nostra got a hold of the booming and successful gambling world and took over Las Venturas casinos one by one.
This made them incredibly rich and therefore unstoppable.

Switching from cigarette smuggling to the much more profitable drug trade marked a major change in the structure and methods of La Cosa nostra.
The traditional command structure weakened, and in 1978 a mutual mafia war erupted, which also exploded the internal division into families - and that was the most important novelty.

in 1980 it seemed for a while that La Cosa Nostra had been defeated and disappeared until one Ignota Divinus appeared in Los Santos in 2021.
His main goal was to ensure that his family got the most powerful places in all organizations so that they became untouchable.
After that goal was achieved, he is restoring the old empire of La Cosa Nostra behind the scenes.
Because almost all members have important functions in the city, they have a lot of power and influence on daily life as well as politics and economics.

2. Worker | Trusted ones, those that are fit for the family but still untrained and yet ready for the family activity's
3. MadeMan | The first step into the real family, those are now ready for the real deal and knows all the rules of the city.
4. Hustler | The money makers, those that know the ways of earning and able to help out the lower ranks with earning.
5. Soldier | The fighters, these guys are the one's that u see on the events and family operations
6. Capo | Team leaders, they are leading the operations and events, making sure everything goes by the books.
7. Underboss | The management, they make sure that everyone got what they need and arrange who's doing what.
8. Consigliere | The council, Together with the family leader they are the once's that decide what direction the family goes, also they arrange the family relationships with others.
9. The Godmother | The Mother, she is the backbone of the godfather and helps when the godfather is not around.
10. The Godfather | The Father, he is the founder and financer of the family.
