About the satriko part, he is litteraly the only one in escobar that I know, plus I dont even know you, neither the issues between you and satriko, Satriko is a nice guy who gave me 200000 when I was in need, thats why I told you say hi to him.

as I said I litterlay do not know you, neither who you are, the only one I know in escobar is Satriko, because he was an old coullege in NG.

blackmailing - I think you should look up the definition of this.
These agents were looking for a wanted person, which is their job. There is no laws against operating on private property. There is also a law that states people that are wanted by the state have a "federal warrant".
This report is a waste of time.
