Upon reviewing evidence,
I have decided to Deny this report.
You had gun in your hand in first place because probably you were protecting solar panels.
Even if they shot first, they had reason to shoot because they saw gun in your hands.
However,
ID 1236 will receive punishment for General rule 6.6
