Rejected Mercy killing

I was performing a robbery when fib pulled up in rented and personal cars. afterward they gunned me down the finished me off. I have the body cam for proof. Also I think their body armor wasn't correct. my body cam didn't pick up my voice but i followed the proper procedures for the robbery.
also ID:24696 was involved.
