1. Why I want to become an Admin
I know i’d be really good at it. I’ve pretty much been a “leader” for as long as i can remember. I know how to manage people and what needs to be done, and most importantly I know how to make hard decisions. I’m fair, but at the same time I won’t let things slide if I have to take action. I also know the rules as i’ve been on GTA RP for quite a while, starting with fivem then moving to GrandRP. I just want to make this server the best that it can be, especially when a good reputation for the game can lead to a lot more player wanting to join THIS rp server instead of any other one. I want to be able to help those new players and much more feel welcome to this server and have as much fun as possible, while not breaking any rules.
2. Strengths
Well for starters, this is an EN server and English is my first language so i’m very fluent. Secondly i’m very fair and i would never jump to any conclusions or give out warnings or bans before having all the facts. I would also like to think of myself as mature, which could be a really big upside to being an admin.
3. Weaknesses
I feel like my greatest weakness is that I always see the good in people, but even though it will be hard for me to give out punishments. I will follow the rules and give warning or bans when necessary. I also tend to overthink way too much, even when the matter is very small.
