Additional Information:
1. l have quite a bit of experience in mentoring and leadership roles, both online and in real life. It's always been part of my nature to teach others,because it helps me learn as well. Being a fairly new player to the server, I understand how frustrating it can be when playing and not understanding rules or how the way things go and I want to be able to explain that to all the new and co ensuring players that already know the ropes. I want to promote Grand Roleplay as a safe place where players can come and display there personal morals into real
life characters that is only limited to the realism and imagination of themselves, discuss strategies and share ideas with others, so they can improve their gameplay and have a better experience. But all in all to make Grand Roleplay a better server then it already is cause everything can have improvements and I want to be apart of that something bigger then me and watch it grow not as an individual but as a community.

I have taken many computer science courses in my lifetime through highschool and on my own time, I have been in discord for a while now almost 4 years and understand bots very well and how to utilize them to create the benefit for the user. Have you had experience in a position like this before. My resume when it comes to an admin position in my opinion is pretty strong, my first main admin like position was actually on a minecraft server that is sadly no longer running because of funding and I created many macros and costume plugins that made the server cleaner and more user friendly. My next admin position was actually in discord for a gta milsim called the Rouge VIPs and it was when I first found my liking towards bots, i've created my own bot on non discord platforms and know them inside and out. Lastly just custom servers with my IRL friends to use and show them how to from listening to music to sending a dank meme. So all in all I have a full rap around of being computer friendly and also understanding of how to create punishment and De-escalate situation and use what information I know and find out to make sure the right things happen. But to be on the personal real life character side of things I am very attentive and can almost read people and play the man. I am also collaborative and can work with people when need be. Determined is a big one as if I have a goal I am headed for it but that does not take way from me being disciplined there is a right time for everything.
3. I am very self critical and will use that to make myself better so perfectionist would be the name for that.
