2 FIB agents blocking my way out of hangar in sandy shore, pointing gun at me like im criminal and told me to show my passport and searched me without telling me whats going on.

rules of state:
5.2 LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason.
