This is my last thread regarding this punishment since I served the time already, just trying to clear my name and avoid spamming the forum.

Responding Alex's last comment on my previous thread, I'm attaching the official handbook on how to handle criminals in the email. I don't send the full document since it contained classified information and unrelated to this thread.

To save your time, I'll provide you with the timestamps down below to prove that I strictly follow the instruction in the handbook.

3. Since the suspect refuse to show his passport and ask for the reason, I refer to the document highlighted in GREEN.

your handbook is your IC problem and violating OOC rules - are pushed by admins
don't violate OOC rules , and make RP and don't use Metagaming tool for search nearby people as reason of asking for documents
