Rejected fraud player!!!

I was going to buy a bike from a player and we agreed with him and I was going to buy an auto fairde bike, BUT I CANNOT GET A BIKEI DUE TO SERVER ERRORS, HE ATTENDED ME TO SELL IT THERE, THEN he said send the money and when I threw the money he left the game and did not give the engine (i sended 349,xxx tousand $)

suspect player infs -full white clothes and white hair - from hindi and selling black bike -cost=999,999$
