I was buying seeds in Farm 1. I called one guy with me to buy seeds from him. Another guy follows me and started asking questions in FL(Hindi). As all 3 of us knows the same I replied in FL(Hindi) as well. But when another guy came I started speaking in English. According to Communication Rule 3.3 we can speak in FL when all the parties present in the communication agreed on the same. Still I got punishment i.e. muted for 120 min.
