1: Leader of SAHP (San Andreas Highway Patrol).
2: Why do I want to be the leader of this specific organization?
After 8 months of service to the city, I feel ready to take on additional responsibility and carry on my legacy. Based on my previous experience, I hope to be able to make the city's northside more livable, and I intend to do so. I know many of you know me, but for the comrades I will meet for the first time, I would like to talk about my past experiences.
8 Month LEO & State org experience as a;
13th Chief of Police
Deputy Director of FIB
Platoon Sergeant in National Guard
JEMT in Emergency Medical Services
And currently, I am serving in the city as U.S. Attorney General.
Principally, I want to be Sheriff of SAHP because My LSPD Leadership adventure was cut short by some unexpected events. It was truly unpleasant to go through this when everything was going smoothly. I want to continue where I left off and contribute to the city both IC and OOC at the highest level possible. I also want to address a few major flaws I have noticed in the Sheriff Department so that we may provide players with more pleasurable and realistic experiences.
Secondly, I attach great importance to the reliability and transparency of the internal affairs of the organization. The three most crucial pillars of managing an organization are finding solutions to issues within the organization, preventing groups, and offering honest and transparent management. Individual organizational issues must be resolved by carefully chosen and qualified internal affairs officers while remaining within the organization. If the problems are resolved before they grow and are not reflected in the organization, the officers will not be affected and can focus on their duties more easily. Corruption and nepotism can be avoided by avoiding groupings and setting up the organization to function like a family. Honest and transparent management increases employees' commitment to the organization and motivates them to solve their problems with members of higher command. As I stated before, there will be senior officers trained for it to prevent possible chaos. You can build an organization where people will do their best if you establish a joyful organization and have confidence in yourself.
Lastly, SAHP has a high risk-to-reward ratio. They work in a state with one of the lowest standards of security and increasing that level of security is unquestionably their responsibility. Several sheriffs have done this excellently in the past. I want to accomplish this by taking their direction and improving this. I have a few thoughts about it, which I will discuss in more detail later in the application.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
IC law and OOC rules knowledge:
In many applications I've reviewed, applicants talk about developing the roleplay with OOC rules. Even though OOC rules are the main element of roleplaying, you must do much more to truly advance role-playing. I want to hold weekly law seminars to make sure all employees in your organization are familiar with San Andreas law. In this way, they can close their deficiencies or refresh their knowledge. At the end of the seminar, we do a general test and give various prizes to those who achieve high scores. The same seminar applies to OOC rules as well. In our e-mail system, we can work on rules with interactive seminars. This brings us one step closer to a smoother role-playing experience.
Public Relations:
I will revise the PR team we actively used during the LSPD period as a department. We will actively use social media networks such as LifeInvader and publish what SAHP is doing to the whole city. As I did before, we will inform citizens about the law and answer their questions through public meetings. And we will be taking an important step toward our transparency law.
Corruption & Favouritism:
As an anti-corruption person, I will take strict measures in this regard. Battling Corruption: We won't think twice about using IC and OOC resources. We will undermine friendship relations against favouritism. At every favourable location, more than one control will be used. Promotions will be given according to daily or weekly tasks. Employees who successfully complete their tasks will be entitled to a promotion.
Ranks & Promotions:
We will revise the ranks within the department to be more realistic and streamline promotions. Individual promotions will be restricted, and we will give promotions publicly with ceremonies.
Long-Range Specialist & Air unit support:
It's always been difficult to patrol the city's haunted highways.in order to aid patrol teams' safety and facilitate easier communication in the event of danger. We will train long-range specialists who, with the help of seasoned pilots, will support their colleagues by flying vast distances in an emergency.
Sandy Shores SAHP Station:
We shall make every effort to utilize the base that is more conveniently situated. we will deploy small patrol teams here and expand our we will deploy small patrol teams here and expand our support domain area.
SAHP S.W.A.T.:
Under the S.W.A.T. name, we will bring 4 different Special Ops Unit Tactical:
Paramedic Team: Basically, they will support other officers in the field with extra ammunition and medical supplies.
Special Response Team: With their high combat skills, they will be the finishing team to engage in frontal combat.
Tactical Dispatch Unit: They will gather intelligence for criminals and criminal activities.
Hostage Negotiation Team: Their job is to try to establish a relationship with the parties involved and mediate a peaceful conclusion to the conflict.
Best regards
