2. I'm interested in being Sheriff of SAHP after being in the ORG since i was 5 years in the city and spent 5 terms until leaving for FIB recently which i have gained vaulable experience and idea's to help further SAHP, i have spent most of my time in SAHP as a high command and feel i have the skills and experience required to improve the ORG and make it a great team as it always has been.
I plan on restructuring the ranks inside SAHP to give more progression for officers and opportunities freeing up multiple ranks to allow for it and removing unnecessary roles that were not needed as i dont see a use for them like Undercover because its just not something for a Sheriff department, should be more highway focused and not trying to hide in the shadows to catch criminals and being that SAHP dont have the same access to tools for undercover to work. I would like to create a Precision Driving team that would focus on many driving tactics including P.I.T, High Speed Pursuits and also the BOX tactic which requires good communication and can also be cordinated with other officers to divert the offender to an area that can contain spikes in waiting to effectively stop speeding and dangerous criminals on our highways. Using the new Radar camera can also be used to alert patrolling officers of high speed vehicles as i feel it no longer gets used.
Recruitment is my main concern for the ORG as it has been the issue many times in my terms, keeping officers on duty at certain periods of the night which is where the ORG struggles most , so i would be focusing straight away at getting all timezones involved so we can cover at any time of the day and make sure that applications and trainings are done daily to keep the ORG running smoothly, as i have much experience in the paperwork side of the ORG i will be keeping my eyes on it to make sure background checks, roster updates and recruitment drives are done atleast 2-3 times a week.
Another area i would like to improve on is ORG relations as i have recently noticed tension between ORGs that start as small issues that could be resolved but then start bad press between each other meaning less teamwork and negativity towards each other so i hope to be able to improve that side of RP, as LEO's it should be a team effort not multiple individual teams fighting against each other towards the same goal, i hope that my time in the city and as an LEO.
My final statement is that i hope to be considered with my application as i have tried to work hard to gain the respect of my fellow LEO's in all tasks i do, even if its just a simple visit to the Capitol or DOC to deal with a criminal, and i'm always noticeable with my bright Pink/White hair so i'm not hard to find if any help is needed.
