2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I want to be the leader of SAHP as I have been in high command in every organization apart from two and I believe with my past experiences as
a chief and regular High command in SAHP, I can take the next step and become a leader. There were times in other organizations when I had
to step in and help the leader and I believe I can do it with my past experiences. -
- I have been the leader of a gang for 25ish days and we had won nearly every event but due to some issues, it went the other way, I also
have been a deputy in a gang and High command in every gang so I believe I am very familiar with the gang side of rules with my experience
and I have been High command in nearly every LEO organization so I can use these two to my knowledge and implement it into my term as a
SAHP leader. -
- I have been in SAHP for a long time and have seen extremely good sheriffs and have learned from them and have also witnessed bad sheriffs and
have analyzed their mistakes so if I was to become Sherrif, I would know what to and what not to do. -
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- I would change some rank names and also introduce new divisions and remove some of the old divisions as they were barely used. From my time
in "Frederick Rogue" term, he used to do patrols with SAHP and involved everybody except two at the HQ to sell insurance and I would
carry this on if I got SAHP Sherrif. -
- There would be new ranks and new divisions I would introduce to SAHP and would also remove some divisions as they were barely used in both
"Charles Mcknight's" term and "Johnny Green" term, I would change "Chief of Detectives" to "Chief of Undercover" and would also make some ranks
not able to be corrupt like "Chief of IA" as this is the main division that makes sure not too much ammo is taken, logs are done correctly and
there is no corruption within the organization. -
- I would do promotions weekly as therefore people have something to work for and are not waiting 3 weeks to be promoted one rank. The promotions list
will be approved by "Chief of Staff" or higher in order to avoid friends giving their friends high ranks on purpose. -
- I would make there be a 2 strike policy, if you get two strikes you are dismissed from the organization but the strike goes away in 5 days instead of 7 days
in order to keep things balanced, This is so people don't act up alot as in the previous terms there was a 3 strike policy and a lot of people broke many rules
because they knew they have 3 strikes and this will improve the RolePlay within the organization as they have little strikes and must be professional. -
