Early Life:
Louis Born in India, Until his teen years his life was going normal and peaceful like every other person like to live but Louis was bored of that life he wanted to do something more he got involved in criminal organizations and got wanted by FIB and LSPD even Army had sent their undercover officers to find him, while he was hiding from everyone one day louis met Richard King he helped Louis to get his record cleaned (Wanted Star’s Removed) and became a law abiding citizen, Richard made some fake IDs for Louis and cleared his records and that Louis can’t forget ever about Richard's support.
New Beginning:
So, after a few days Louis joined National Guard and worked really hard to go through all the ranks to achieve the rank of High command, So his past haunts him as he used to work for a gang, and they regularly visit him and call him for support over things, and the main thing they mostly have parties going on which he likes to join the most, So being a member of National Guard he thinks the salary is so low that he needs to do other things also to pay for the taxes the government is implementing on us.
Career Story:
As of now Louis is enjoying being a part of National Guard but due to the salary plus extra money his getting, he had to choose the path which he left, his hard work paid off and he got promoted to Lt. General and by that he has access to pretty much everything, and give orders to others which they must follow to not get in any kind of trouble or disciplinary actions against them.
Outcomes
1) Louis can loot the items that dropped from criminals and keep it with him but he can’t looting during gun-fight because it’s not allowed.
2) Louis can sell stuff in black market so you can collect those ammunition and sell it in black market (except organisation equipements).
3) Louis can use organization guns for personal use that means that he can only keep it with him and not in any car trunk or house inventory that will be considered stealing from warehouse.
4) Louis can use radio while off duty.
5) Louis can become a hostage for a part of money.
6) Louis can kill people on or off dutty if they don’t want to follow the demands.
7) Louis can leave people who are detained by taking bribe limitations (up to 20k only) or if they're in her family or good friend.
8) Louis has high skills to recognize people from their voice
9) Louis will be able to be part of any criminal activity and going with criminals in ghetto when he is off dutty .
