Additional information
Former SS Director 2 Terms, with 0 strikes or warnings against SS, Former Senior Corporal of SAHP in IA and RS
1. Leader of... SAHP
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
a. Removing Inactive people
After being a Director of SS for two terms, I knew what it was like to deal with inactive ORG members, Inactive HC, and people that would be in city without coming on duty. The first thing I would like to do is purge the ORG of ALL inactive members, Weither that be HC or a Cadet, If they are not logging at least 15 hours a week for lower ranks or 20 hours a week for Higher ranks, then they should be removed. Second would be to give incentives to keep the active members active, either its cash, Events, whatever it has to be to keep everyone interested in their work. I would love to see Some hard working, Dedicated, Loyal people in charge of the ORG.
b. Improving Roleplay
after being at SAHP for a few weeks I begun seeing where the roleplay lacked, One big example would be people running from the police on the highway. No matter how hard you try the SAHP Vehicles
are super ineffective at preforming pit maneuvers on fleeing suspects. To counter this I would like to have Air Units on constant stand by, Highway Patrol posted along the highways ready to place spike strips, and Keep ALL Radio traffic to a minimum during these times, There's always too much arguing and fighting going on over the radio making it hard for other units to pin point where a pursuit is headed, Not to mention how
Unprofessional it is. Another example would be having 7-8 Cadets / Troopers standing around the front doors of SAHP, There should never be this many people standing around. They need to be out on patrol, Running Radar, Writing tickets, or showing the cadets the ropes while they are waiting for their FTP.
c. Improving Emails
Upon joining SAHP I noticed it was surprisingly difficult to find the information I needed at first. I would like to add a category specify for information for new hires, Place dress code,
Armory load outs, Laws, Handbooks, etc. in this category where if someone has a question about something they can easily find the answer. I would also like to get rid of some of the channels that are not needed
and hardly used, just keep everything looking nice and clean, easy to find, and professional looking.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
After being a Director of SS for two terms and a member for four, I felt some much needed change was coming. I went to find a new home at SAHP and quickly fell in love with the job, With how much more room for RP there was here. First I would have everyone keep radio traffic strictly to RP, Theres far too much fighting, arguing, and yelling over the radios, It needs to be kept 100% Professional at all times, Second would be to give everyone pursuit training if they are going to be engaging in pursuits. Teach them proper call outs, Aggresive and defensive driving tactics, and how to keep up with a suspect trying to flee. Third would be to Closely work with the Department heads and find out what they need to be successful, keep a good relationship with them, and keep a close eye to make sure everyone is doing what is expected of them of them at all times. then I would like to restructure the ranks and dress code to be a little easier to tell one rank from the next in city.
