This women has been failing to comply since before this footage at DOC. She ran away after having 3 guns pointed like a block outside of our HQ. Her and her friend tried cornering me and a couple officers but, failed to do so because she didn't have numbers. After her and her friend keep trying to take a hostage outside of hq. We arrested her friend and was taking her to doc.
