hello reviewing admin, i was recently banned by pablo schmidtt for OOC insults, below is the whole entire clip leading up to my ban. i did not insult anyone OOCly, i was sent to demorgan for fear rp, which i accept but 30+ minutes after this altercation, i was writing up a forum on these kids and when i tabbed back into the game i was banned for OOC insult.. where did i insult anyone OOCly? everything i was referencing was in game, i was talking about their family (IC), how i slumped them (IC), calling them weird and pussies (IC), not once did i say anything OOC that would be considered offensive. they are trying to give me demands in the city, for who knows what, AFTER they broke the NLR rule, and one of them just kills me during an admin situation, doesn't get a punishment. and almost an hour after, while im still in demorgan, i somehow insulted someone?? no forum made on me, just sitting in demorgan then banned for gen rule 3.1. i really hope the right decision is made, please review this thoroughly. thank you for taking the time to read my appeal

When an Admin is around in any situation and turns on the red tag everything that happens at that moment is considered OOC. SO whatever you say will be considered OOC
