I was in the middle of dealing with some high command things and also covering PH hospital off and on of calls.
I come back to the main lobby to this man in my opinion harassing EMS, I also think you could class this as ear-rape plus two times he proceeded to PURPOSELY pull a weapon out in the hospital which is against the city laws.
