Life Story:
Hype being a well educated teen came to USA , looking for way of Income . Due to Financial conditions and lack of knowledge in this new city he was forced to do Bad Things . Fortunately Hype met a Well wisher and Path shower who lead him to LEO Academy , where he was trained to be the Finest . Few Years Later , while being a Cop in LSPD he was Teased , had to under go Racism from his Higher Ups . He Decided to Take revenge , he took a Transfer to SAHP's Detective Unit where he Worked Hard to be more high Ranked member than the guy who tortured him so that one day he will have to Salute Hype .
Outcomes:
1. Hype is able to torture/Interrogate for information by using truth serum . Using RP commands
2. Hype will be able to work with informants to be able to pay for information or evidence.
3. Hype will be able to sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members
4. Hype can off-road in any SUV or 4 Door vehicle. (RP driving, no rule breaks)
5. Hype can wear face paint and illegal tattoos .
6. Hype will use any gun, illegal or legal, on duty .
7. Hype can let suspects go free if they're in his family and aid them in escaping .
8. Hype can take bribes .(Up to 20k)
9. Hype can break any bodycam .[using /try command]
10. Hype can threaten and kill lawyers or any witnesses .
